This is essentially a poster that one might see dotted around aid posts and barracks across the Imperium, instructing (or reminding) medical personnel of how to triage casualties on the battlefield (prioritisation of care based on severity of wounds and injuries to enable maximum efficiency).

I am also working on a triage flow diagram and triage casualty tags that wounded guardsmen would have attached to them as they are ferried through the casualty system - battlefield medicine is almost certainly not altruism on the part of the Guard, it's keeping the military machine working as efficiently as possible.

It reminds me of the Self-Aid Buddy Care training from my Air Force Days

Haha excellent, that's more or less what I was going for. Only really familiar with our British stuff but I imagine it's much of a muchness,

I just retired after 20 years in the military. It's funny how history repeats itself. I'd bet Roman Legionaries had cards like that.

Thank you so much, that really means a lot. That was always how it saw it, it may be big, sprawling and bureaucratic, but that's no reason why it shouldn't still "try" to make things work properly

Absolutely superb work sir. This is one of the finest pieces of 'fluff' work I have seen, fan produced or official. The quality is excellent. I enjoy it when the Imperium is actually shown to be a rational functioning machine. I look forward to more such pieces from you.
