Warhammer 40k Imperial Guard Medical Triage by Light-Tricks Warhammer 40k Imperial Guard Medical Triage by Light-Tricks
An updated version of my triage poster, with just a few more details that keep it functional but a little more 40k-ized :)

I am considering a slight rejig of the system to make it more "grimdark" (yet still workable) in making reverse triage standard, this is often used by real-world militaries in wartime to keep the maximum number of soldiers on the field, so they treat the minor ones first to get them "fighting fit" and then save the severe ones if they can. I imagine in 40k there would be less effort to save the severe ones.

There are more documents in production that will go into more detail, someone may have to physically stop me from producing a full manual - "The Authorised and Apposite Manual of Battlefield Physiology and Trauma"

love it very 40Kish (though perhaps too lenient and not enough about "preserving those who might still serve the emperor's cause") one question though would not the Lego Titanicus fall under the purview of the Mechanicus?

Yeah, that was one of the things I rambled about somewhere put probably didn't make it into any of the documents, any preservation of a Guardsman, Voidsmen and whatever should only be as you put it, for "preserving those who might still serve the emperor's cause."

And yes, you're quite right, Legio Titanicus is an arm of the AdMech and technically shouldn't be there. It wasn't in the earliest draft, but I was trying to 40k-ize it a bit more in easy ways :P I will probably remove that from the next (hopefully final) draft.

"Remember to refer casualties to Confessers unless their injuries can be proven to have been nobly won-those who allow themselves to be wounded fail in their duty to the Emperor."

Man, this is awesome!
Sounds actually legitimate! Like I could see this being posted in an imperial guard medical bay or sororitas hospitallar facility.

Great job!
